Five-day Personal Treatment Payments
As explained in my information and questionnaire file for the Five-day Personal Treatment Program, you may pay the fees applicable to my treatment program, as invoiced during treatment, or, through the links on this website. I require a booking deposit of $250-00AU before your arrival, to allocate you a five-day period for treatment, and a commencement deposit of $750-00AU to be paid at the end of your Day-one assessment and treatment. You can pay these two payments separately, by arrangement, or, together, through this payment link below:-
